阴道分泌物标本六联检验对不同类型阴道炎及白带清洁度的检查效果评价

摘　　要：目的 分析阴道分泌物标本六联检验在不同类型阴道炎及白带清洁检查中的效果。方法 150例阴道炎患者,使用抽签法分为对照组和实验组,每组75例。对照组患者采用常规镜检诊断,实验组采用阴道分泌物标本六联检验诊断。比较两组不同类型阴道炎检出情况。结果 实验组滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、老年性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎检出率分别为32.00%、28.00%、8.00%、29.33%,检出率为97.33%;对照组滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、老年性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎检出率分别为24.00%、25.33%、5.33%、24.00%,检出率为78.67%。实验组阴道炎检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用阴道分泌物标本六联检验能够有效诊断阴道炎类型及评估白带清洁度,提高患者的疾病诊断效率,为日后的相关治疗提供有效可靠的临床数据,值得临床重视和推广。Objective To analyze the effect of six test of vaginal discharge specimens for the examination of different types of vaginitis and leukocyte cleanliness.Methods A total of 150 patients with vaginitis were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the lottery method,with 75 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were diagnosed by conventional microscopic examination,while the experimental group was diagnosed by six test of vaginal discharge specimens.The detection of different types of vaginitis and leukocyte cleanliness in the two groups were compared.Results The detection rates of trichomonas vaginitis,colpomycosis,bacterial vaginitis and senile vaginitis in the experimental group were 32.00%,28.00%,8.00%and 29.33%,respectively,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 97.33%;the detection rates of trichomonas vaginitis,colpomycosis,bacterial vaginitis and senile vaginitis in the control group were 24.00%,25.33%,5.33%and 24.00%,respectively,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 78.67%.The detection rate of vaginitis in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Six test of vaginal discharge specimens can effectively diagnose different types of vaginitis and evaluate the leucorrhea cleanliness, improve the disease diagnosis efficiency of patients, and provide effective and reliable clinical data for future related treatment, which deserves clinical attention and promotion.
