摘 要:目的 探究标本存放时间对血凝三项检验结果的影响。方法 采集258例健康体检者2 ml的血液样本进行血凝三项[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]检验,根据检验时间不同将其分为即刻组、6 h组、12 h组、24 h组、36 h组、48 h组,每组43份。分别于采集即刻、采集后6 h、采集后12 h、采集后24 h、采集后36 h、采集后48 h进行血凝三项检验。样本储存温度均为20~25℃,比较六组血凝三项指标情况。结果 即刻组、6 h组、12 h组、24 h组、36 h组、48 h组的APTT水平分别为(33.24±1.88)、(34.02±1.96)、(35.57±1.77)、(37.32±1.30)、(38.29±1.42)、(39.11±1.53)s;即刻组、6 h组、12 h组、24 h组、36 h组、48 h组的PT水平分别为(15.34±1.02)、(15.36±1.48)、(15.39±1.58)、(15.41±1.77)、(15.96±1.33)、(16.62±1.38)s;即刻组、6 h组、12 h组、24 h组、36 h组、48 h组的FIB水平分别为(348.42±71.20)、(351.96±70.96)、(356.18±74.58)、(359.86±71.41)、(362.37±72.84)、(363.40±75.49)mg/dl。即刻组、6 h组、12 h组、24 h组、36 h组、48 h组的APTT、PT水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FIB水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。48 h组APTT水平高于36 h组、24 h组、12 h组、6 h组、即刻组,36 h组APTT水平高于24 h组、12 h组、6 h组、即刻组,24 h组APTT水平高于12 h组、6 h组、即刻组,12 h组APTT水平高于6 h组、即刻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6 h组和即刻组APTT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。48 h组PT水平高于36 h组、24 h组、12 h组、6 h组、即刻组,36 h组PT水平高于即刻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),24 h组、12 h组、6 h组、即刻组PT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在对凝血功能检验中,随血液样本储存时间延长,会出现明显凝血功能改变,尽管对FIB影响较小,但在对患者整体凝血功能分析中,需在采集血液样本后6 h内进行检测,以保证检验结果�Objective To investigate the effect of specimen storage time on the results of three blood coagulation tests.Methods 2 ml blood samples were collected from 258 healthy subjects for activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)and fibrinogen(FIB),and were divided into immediate group,6 h group,12 h group,24 h group,36 h group and 48 h group according to different time of inspection,with 43 samples in each group.The three blood coagulation tests were performed immediately,6 h after collection,12 h after collection,24 h after collection,36 h after collection,and 48 h after collection,respectively.The storage temperature of the samples was 20-25℃,and the three blood coagulation indexes of the six groups were compared.Results The APTT levels of immediate group,6 h group,12 h group,24 h group,36 h group and 48 h group were(33.24±1.88),(34.02±1.96),(35.57±1.77),(37.32±1.30),(38.29±1.42)and(39.11±1.53)s,respectively;the PT levels of immediate group,6 h group,12 h group,24 h group,36 h group and 48 h group were(15.34±1.02),(15.36±1.48),(15.39±1.58),(15.41±1.77),(15.96±1.33)and(16.62±1.38)s,respectively;the FIB levels of immediate group,6 h group,12 h group,24 h group,36 h group and 48 h group were(348.42±71.20),(351.96±70.96),(356.18±74.58),(359.86±71.41),(362.37±72.84)and(363.40±75.49)mg/dl,respectively.The levels of APTT and PT in immediate group,6 h group,12 h group,24 h group,36 h group and 48 h group were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the levels of FIB were not statistically significant(P>0.05).APTT level in 48 h group was higher than that in 36 h group,24 h group,12 h group,6 h group and immediate group;APTT level in 36 h group was higher than that in 24 h group,12 h group,6 h group and immediate group;APTT level in 24 h group was higher than that in 12 h group,6 h group and immediate group;APTT level in 12 h group was higher than that in 6 h group and immediate treatment group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significa
