理疗康复联合综合性心理干预对颈椎病的康复效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 研究理疗康复联合综合性心理干预对颈椎病的康复效果。方法 88例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采取常规干预,观察组在常规干预的基础上开展理疗康复联合综合性心理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的生活质量评分及满意度。结果 干预后,两组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均高于本组干预前,且观察组患者的躯体功能评分(90.25±1.20)分、心理功能评分(92.56±1.45)分、社会功能评分(93.25±1.45)分、物质生活评分(92.75±1.45)分均高于对照组的(78.25±1.58)、(71.25±1.52)、(75.25±1.14)、(72.25±1.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度97.73%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 理疗康复联合综合性心理干预对颈椎病具有显著的康复效果。Objective To study the effect of physiotherapy rehabilitation and comprehensive psychological on the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 88 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,and the observation group received physiotherapy rehabilitation combined with comprehensive psychological intervention on the basis of conventional intervention.The quality of life scores before and after the intervention,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention in this group;the physical function score(90.25±1.20)points,psychological function score(92.56±1.45)points,social function score(93.25±1.45)points and material life score(92.75±1.45)points in the observation group were higher than(78.25±1.58),(71.25±1.52),(75.25±1.14)and(72.25±1.45)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.73%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Physiotherapy rehabilitation combined with comprehensive psychological intervention has a significant effect on cervical spondylosis.
