摘  要:采用铵交换、水热处理的方法对Y型分子筛进行改性,使用XRF、XRD、BET、NH3-TPD、IR等方法分析了水热改性方法对Y型分子筛的晶相结构参数、孔结构、酸性的影响。考察了改性后的分子筛对制备的FCC催化剂的性能影响,结果表明,分子筛脱铝程度受水热处理温度和氧化钠含量的共同影响;分子筛水热处理温度相差不大时,骨架外阳离子对分子筛性能起主要影响作用;适当降低钠含量有利于分子筛的超稳化,有利于提高催化性能。催化剂的ACE评价结果表明,适当降低活性组分的钠含量、提高硅铝比均有利于提高催化剂性能。Y-type molecular sieves are modified by ammonium exchange and hydrothermal treatment.The effects of hydrothermal modification methods on the crystal structure parameters,pore structure,and acidity of Y-type molecular sieves are analyzed using XRF,XRD,BET,NH3-TPD,and IR.The effect of modified molecular sieves on the performance of the prepared FCC catalyst is investigated.The results show that the degree of dealumination of molecular sieves is affected by the combined effects of hydrothermal treatment temperature and sodium oxide content.When the hydrothermal treatment temperatures of molecular sieves have little difference,the cation outside the framework plays a major role in affecting the performance of molecular sieves.Proper reduction of sodium content is beneficial to the hyerstability of molecular sieves and to the improvement of catalytic performance.The ACE evaluation results of the catalyst show that properly reducing the sodium content of the active component and increasing the silicon aluminum ratio are beneficial to improving the performance of the catalyst.
