摘  要:利用Aspen Plus软件对羰基化合成乙酸酐联产丙酸工艺进行全流程模拟,比较了不同类型反应器的模拟结果,结果表明,采用RCSTR动力学反应器模拟得到的结果与实际工况相符,乙酸甲酯的转化率为0.34,乙醇转化率为0.85;同时,通过调节乙酸甲酯和乙醇的进料量,考察了主产物乙酸酐和丙酸的比例变化,产品比例可大范围柔性调节,生产灵活度较高。针对产物体系的物料特点,探讨了3种产物分离方法,得出乙酸酐水解分离法是一种较优的解决方案。Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the process of carbonylation to synthesize acetic anhydride and propionic acid,and the simulation results of different types of reactors are compared.The results show that the simulation results using RCSTR kinetic reactor are consistent with actual operating conditions,with a conversion rate of 0.34 for methyl acetate and 0.85 for ethanol.At the same time,the ratio of acetic anhydride and propionic acid is investigated by adjusting the feeding amount of methyl acetate and ethanol.The product ratio can be flexibly adjusted over a wide range,with high production flexibility.According to the material characteristics of the product system,three product separation methods are discussed,and it is concluded that the acetic anhydride hydrolysis separation method is a better solution.
