摘  要:川西某化工企业硫铁矿制酸尾气中SO_(2)浓度达不到《硫酸工业污染物排放标准》(GB26132-2010)的排放要求,生产厂区随时面临被关停的风险。采用氨-亚硫酸铵脱硫新工艺,最大限度利用原有脱硫装置对原有工艺进行系统化改进。实践表明,改进后的脱硫系统稳定运行,尾气中SO_(2)浓度小于200mg/m^(3),氨浓度小于80mg/m^(3),排放指标优于原有脱硫工艺,达到国家大气污染物排放标准。Sulphur dioxide concentration in tail gas of producing acid with pyrite can not meet the emission requirements of"Emission standard of pollutants for sulphuric acid industry"(GB 26132-2010)in a chemical enterprise of western Sichuan,the production base has risk of being locked down at any time.The new ammoniaammoniumsulfite desulfurization process is adopted,which makes full use of the original desulfurization device to systematically improve the original process.The practice shows that the improved desulfurization systemoperates stably,the SO_(2)concentration in the tail gas is less than 200mg/m^(3),and the ammonia concentration is less than 80mg/m^(3).The emission index is better than the original desulfurization process,and meets the national emission standard of atmospheric pollutant.
