摘　　要：壳体类零件是机器设备的基础件之一,主要用于保持各轴、套以及齿轮的空间位置关系,使其能够协调地运动,并起着连接、支撑各零件的作用,其结构一般较为复杂。航空壳体类零件在飞行器中扮演着至关重要的角色,是飞行器系统中典型的结构件和关键件,是实现航空发动机燃油系统高、中、低压油路导引的核心部件。航空类壳体零件的显著特点就是结构复杂,其不仅起着连接、支撑作用,还需要满足各油路系统的功能实现。在壳体类零件的加工过程中,易变形、定位装夹困难等难点尤为突出。本文以工装设计为切入点,对该类零件的加工方法进行研究优化,有效提升了产品合格率。Housing parts are one of the basic parts of machinery and equipment.They are mainly used to maintain the spatial positional relationship of shafts,sleeves and gears,so that they can move harmoniously and play the role of connecting and supporting various parts.Their structures are generally complex.Aircraft housing parts play an important role in the aircraft.It is a typical structural component and key component in the aircraft system,and is the core component to realize the high,medium and low pressure fuel path guidance of the aero-engine fuel system.The remarkable feature of aerospace housing parts is the complex structure.They not only play the role of connection and support,but also need to meet the function of each oil system.In the processing of housing parts,the difficulties such as easy deformation and difficult positioning and clamping are particularly prominent.This paper takes tooling design as the starting point,studies and optimizes the processing method of this kind of parts,and effectively improves the product qualification rate.
