摘  要:电解系列生产的规模化和精益化,促使电解槽控制系统结构功能和控制方式不断优化改进。在企业400KA系列搬迁项目中,笔者负责电解槽控系统的搬迁利用和改进安装。针对原控制系统在过往生产实践中存在的问题,主持对涉及到的系统软件和控制软件进行了大胆革新,并就YFC-99型槽控机设备硬件在维护、技改、布局、安装等方面进行了优化,经过近3年的实际运行验证,有效减少了故障发生,对提高维修效率,降低维护成本,保证电解系列运行具有实践意义。the large-scale and lean production of electrolytic series promotes the continuous optimization and improvement of the structure,function and control mode of the electrolytic cell control system.In the 400kA series relocation project of the enterprise,the author is responsible for the relocation,utilization,improvement and installation of the electrolytic cell control system.In view of the problems existing in the previous production practice of the original control system,presided over the bold innovation of the involved system software and control software,and optimized the hardware of YFC-99 cell control machine in terms of maintenance,technical transformation,layout,installation,etc.after nearly three years of practical operation verification,it effectively reduced the occurrence of faults,which is of practical significance to improve the maintenance efficiency,reduce the maintenance cost,and ensure the operation of the electrolysis series.
