摘 要:现有射孔完井的产能预测解析模型未考虑射孔参数与储层条件的适配性,且很少将数值模拟与射孔参数敏感性研究相结合,存在一定局限性。为此,采用ANSYS-Fluent对射孔完井近井地带多孔介质渗流-自由管流耦合压降模型进行求解。研究不同储层条件下,射孔参数、各向异性参数及裂缝参数对压力场/渗流场的影响规律。研究结果表明:当孔深增大时,井筒低压区增大,导致近井附近压降显著地降低,当相位角为0°、180°时,井筒附近压降最大,各向异性和裂缝开度增大,都会使井筒压降增大;针对裂缝性储层,建议使用高孔密(≥36孔/m)射孔参数完井;推荐射孔相位角为45°或135°。所得结论可为射孔完井中射孔参数的合理确定及优化提供理论参考。The current analytical production forecast model of perforated cased wells neglects the matching between perforating parameters and reservoir properties.Moreover,the previous study seldom integrates numerical simulation and sensitivity analysis of perforating parameters.Therefor,the pressure drop model of the perforated cased well that couples seepage in near-wellbore porous media and free pipe flow was solved using ANSYS-Fluent and the patterns of effects of perforating,anisotropic and fracture parameters on the pressure/flow fields under different reservoir conditions were investigated.It is shown that with the increasing perforation penetration,the lowpressure zone of the wellbore expands,and consequently,the pressure drop of the near-wellbore zone is considerably reduced.The near-wellbore pressure drop peaks with the phase angles of 0°and 180°,and the growing anisotropy and fracture opening both stimulate wellbore pressure drop.For naturally fractured reservoirs,high-shot density(no less than 36 perforations/m)is recommended.The recommended phase angle for perforating is 45°or 135°.The findings of this research provide theoretical references for the optimization of perforating parameters of performed cased wells.
