稠油井注气掺稀一体化管柱的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对注气开采中常规封隔器无法正常解封、容易形成井下落鱼等问题,研制了一种稠油井注气掺稀一体化管柱。介绍了该管柱及主要配套工具的结构和工作原理,进行了室内性能测试试验及现场应用试验。试验结果表明:该管柱中配套的注气封隔器不使用水力锚和卡瓦结构,封隔器易解封,解决了由于沉淀物杂物堆积和长期注气掺稀水力锚卡瓦可能无法收回等造成的无法解封问题;该管柱中的封隔器胶筒密封性能较好,可满足高压注气,掺稀旁通保证了稠油井正常掺稀生产,E型旁通阀结构避免下井时中途胶筒提前坐封;该管柱配套的注气封隔器可替代常规液压封隔器,应用于注气、掺稀生产的稠油井中。所得结论可为油田开采提高生产时效及降低采油成本提供技术支撑。In order to solve the problems of normal unsealing of conventional packer and easy formation of downhole fish in gas injection production,an integrated gas injection and dilution pipe string was developed.The structure and working principle of the pipe string and its main supporting tools were introduced,and the indoor performance test and field application test were carried out.The results of research and test show that the gas injection packer in the string does not use hydraulic anchor and slip structure,and the packer is easy to unseal,which solves the problems such as unsealing due to sediment accumulation and long-term gas injection and dilution hydraulic anchor slip may not be recovered;The sealing performance of the packer rubber cylinder in the pipe string is good,which can meet the requirements of high-pressure gas injection.The dilution bypass ensures the normal dilution production of heavy oil wells,and the E-type bypass valve structure prevents the rubber cylinder from setting in advance during downhole.The gas injection packer matched with the string can replace the conventional hydraulic packer and be used in heavy oil wells with gas injection and dilute production.The conclusions provide technical support for improving production efficiency and reducing oil production cost in oilfield exploitation.
