摘  要:文中对起重机械运行机构传统位置检测技术现状进行了描述,分析了相关行业运行机构定位及检测的要求。针对恶劣环境提出了静磁栅+编码器的新型位置检测和校准技术方案,介绍了静磁栅定位检测和控制方式,编码器位置检测校准具体方法,以及不同检测方法相关试验验证的成果,冗余传感器智能故障诊断思路。并在此基础上,提出了不同需求确定运行机构位置检测控制的基本原则,供运行机构设计参考。In this paper,the status quo of traditional position detection technology for the operating mechanism of hoisting machinery is described,and the requirements for positioning and detection of the operating mechanism in related industries are analyzed.For the harsh environment,a new technical scheme of position detection and calibration of magnetostatic gate and encoder is proposed.The positioning detection and control mode of magnetostatic gate,the specific method of encoder position detection and calibration,the results of related tests of different detection methods and the idea of intelligent fault diagnosis of redundant sensors are introduced.In addition,the basic principle of determining the position detection control of the operating mechanism according to different requirements is put forward,so as to serve as a reference for the design of the operating mechanism.
