摘 要:使用木铲采集表层土壤样品50件,自然阴干后使用NitonXL3t-950 GOLDD+XRF分析仪检测样品,并同步送样到实验室分析从而获得两组数据。使用Excel一元线性拟合、Correl函数相关方法对两组数据进行相关性分析。结果表明:1) Zn、Pb、As、Cu、Cr、Cd,Ni,Hg的实验室检测数据与XRF检测数据的相关系数分别为0.91、0.89、0.78、0.72、0.59、0.29、0.20、-0.1,决定系数R^(2)分别为:0.83、0.80、0.60、0.52、0.34、0.08、0.04、0.01,可以看出Zn、Pb、As的XRF检出性高;Cu,Cr的检出性中等;Cd,Ni,Hg的检出性差。2) Cd和Ni的XRF检测值高于实验室检测值;Cr的XRF检测值低于实验室检测值;As,Pb,Zn,Cu的XRF检测值与实验室检测值相近。3) XRF检测土壤中Zn、Pb、As的适宜性高,检测Cu、Cr的适宜性适中,检测Cd,Ni,Hg的适宜性差。50 surface soil samples are collected,dried,and then tested with NitonXL3t-950 GOLDD+XRF.They are also sent to a laboratory to obtain another type of data.The correlation analysis of the two types of data has been carried out by means of Excel unary linear fitting and Correl correlation.The results show that:1)The correlation coefficients of Zn,Pb,As,Cu,Cr,Cd,Ni,Hg between the laboratory test data and XRF are 0.91,0.89,0.78,0.72,0.59,0.29,0.20 and-0.1 respectively;and the determination coefficients R^(2) are 0.83,0.80,0.60,0.52,0.34,0.08,0.04,and 0.01 respectively.It can be seen that there is a high XRF detection rate for Zn,Pb and As,medium rate for Cu and Cr and low rate for Cd,Ni and Hg.2)Com-pared with the laboratory values,the XRF values are higher for Cd and Ni,lower for Cr,and similar for As,Pb,Zn and Cu.3)XRF has high detection suitability for Zn,Pb and As,moderate suitability for Cu and Cr,and low suitability for Cd,Ni and Hg in soil.
