摘 要:建立水栀子药材超高效液相—质谱联用指纹图谱,分析水栀子与栀子药材指纹图谱的差异.采用80%甲醇超声提取,超高效液相色谱法测定指纹图谱,结合质谱、保留指数和相关文献对部分色谱峰定性鉴别;并通过相似度评价和主成分分析水栀子与栀子药材所含主要指标性成分的差异.结果显示,水栀子指纹图谱共有24个共有峰,确定了其中的14个成分.水栀子与栀子药材相似度较为一致,主成分分析可以准确区分水栀子与栀子药材.所建立的指纹图谱测定方法可以用于水栀子与栀子药材的鉴别,研究结果为水栀子与栀子药材真伪品鉴定提供了实验依据.This paper aims to establish UPLC-Q-TOF MS chromatographic fingerprints of fructus Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai,and to analyze the fingerprints differences between Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai.and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.The sample was extracted by ultrasonic with 80%methanol,and the fingerprint was determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography.Some chromatographic peaks were qualitatively identified by MS,retention index and related literature;meanwhile,the main target components differences between Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai.and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were analyzed by similarity evaluation system and principal component analysis.The results show that there are 24 common components in the fingerprint of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai.and 14 of them are identified.The similarity is relatively consistent,but the sources of fructus Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai.and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.can be distinguished accurately by principal component analysis.The established fingerprint method can be used for the identification of the source of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai.and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.The research results can provide experimental evidence for the identification of the authenticity of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis var.grandiflora Nakai.and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.
