摘  要:采用传统的固相反应法制备0.06BiYbO_(3)-0.94Pb(Zr_(0.48)Ti_(0.52))O_(3)-x wt.%La_(2)O_(3)(BY-PZT-x La,x=0~0.6)三元系压电陶瓷,并研究了La 2O 3掺杂量对BY-PZT-x La压电陶瓷微观结构和电学性能的影响.研究结果显示,BY-PZT-xLa压电陶瓷为纯的四方钙钛矿结构,晶格常数随x的增加而减小,表明La_(2)O_(3)成功掺入BY-PZT压电陶瓷的钙钛矿结构中,La^(3+)取代A位的Pb^(2+)抑制了陶瓷的晶粒增长;随着x的增加,BY-PZT-xLa压电陶瓷的介电损耗因子和居里温度逐渐降低,但少量La_(2)O_(3)掺杂(x=0.1)可以大幅度提高体系的相对介电常数,并降低介电常数的温度系数;采用修正的居里—外斯定律研究了BY-PZT-x La压电陶瓷在居里温度以上的介电温度行为,发现其存在较弱的弥散相变特征;过量的La_(2)O_(3)掺杂(x>0.1)由于引入了过多的离子缺陷,钉扎铁电畴的翻转,从而导致P-E曲线被束缚.在BY-PZT-xLa压电陶瓷中,组分x=0.1兼具高居里温度(388℃)和高压电常数(320 pC/N),以及较高的热退极化温度(350℃),在高温压电器件中具有很大的应用潜力.In this paper,0.06BiYbO_(3)-0.94Pb(Zr_(0.48)Ti_(0.52))O_(3)-x wt.%La_(2)O_(3)(BY-PZT-x La)ternary piezoceramics were prepared by the traditional solid-state reaction method.The doping level effects of La_(2)O_(3) on the microstructures and electrical properties of the BY-PZT-x La piezoceramics were investigated.BY-PZT-x La piezoceramics presented the pure tetragonal perovskite structure,and the decrease in lattice parameters with increase in x demonstrated the successive corporation of La 2O 3 into the perovskite structure of BY-PZT piezoceramics.The substitution of La^(3+)for Pb^(2+)at A-site also depressed the gain growth of ceramics.With increasing x,both loss factor and Curie temperature(T C)of the BY-PZT-x La piezoceramics decreased,a small amount of La_(2)O_(3) dopants(x=0.1)was found to greatly increase the dielectric constant of the system as well as to decrease the temperature coefficient of dielectric constant.The modified Curie-Weiss law was used to study the dielectric behavior of BY-PZT-x La piezoceramics above T C,a weakened diffusion phase transition was identified in the compositions.But excessive La_(2)O_(3) doping(x>0.1)the reversal of ferroelectric domains due to the introduction of excessive ion defects caused in a pinned P-E loop.Among the BY-PZT-x La piezoceramics,the composition with x=0.1 exhibited both a high Curie temperature(388℃),a large piezoelectric constant(320 pC/N),and a good thermal stability(350℃),which had great application potential in the high-temperature piezoelectric devices.
