摘 要:首先介绍了在太阳电池生产过程中激光设备的类型,阐述了激光掺杂工艺在PERC太阳电池生产过程中的重要作用,然后介绍了激光掺杂设备的原理和结构,以及其光斑聚焦原理,提出了光斑异常解决方案,并分析了光路维护要求,提出了可保证了激光掺杂设备高效稳定运行的维护方法。随着对激光设备的深度了解及太阳电池技术的进一步升级,对激光设备的要求会更高,通过不断的优化,激光技术将在太阳电池产业化制造领域得到较好的应用和提升,激光设备也将更快地普及到更多领域。This paper first introduces the types of laser equipment in the production process of solar cells,expounds the important role of laser doping technology in the production process of PERC solar cells,then introduces the principle and structure of laser doping equipment,as well as its laser spot focusing principle,puts forward the solution to the abnormal laser spot,analyzes the requirements of optical path maintenance,and puts forward the maintenance methods that can ensure the efficient and stable operation of laser doping equipment.With the in-depth understanding of laser equipment and the further upgrading of solar cell technology,the requirements for laser equipment will be higher.Through continuous optimization,the laser technology will be better applied and improved in the field of solar cell industrialized manufacturing,and laser equipment will also be more widely used in more fields.
