摘 要:为了解决冷轧基料铝系夹杂物严重影响产品质量的问题,对夹杂物的形态及来源进行了分析,并对LF炉前期铝含量控制、顶渣渣系组成、软吹时间、钙处理工艺等进行了优化,工艺优化后,铝系夹杂物控制水平明显得到改善,冷轧基料吨钢质量损失由0.19元降至0.02元。With regard to the problem that the product quality was seriously effected by aluminum-system inclusions in cold rolled base materials,the shape and source of inclusions were analyzed,and then such factors as controlling the content of Al in molten steel before treating by LF,slag-system forming of the top slag,soft blowing time and calcium treatment technology were optimized.After that,the control level for aluminum-system inclusions was obviously improved,while the quality loss per ton steel for cold rolled base materials was reduced to 0.02 yuan from 0.19 yuan.
