摘　　要：针对进口液压泥炮泥缸出现内表面磨损、变形、缸体炸裂等现象迫使设备停机,进口泥缸价格昂贵、交货期长等问题,采用含钕特殊合金钢和淬火+回火热处理加工工艺,制备了国产液压泥炮泥缸,完全满足进口液压泥炮的工作条件与性能要求,可以实现替代进口泥缸,满足生产的需要,单个泥缸可降低备件成本16万元。In view of the problems that the equipment was forced to stop operating caused by such factors as the abrasion and deformation of the inner surface of the imported barrel to a hydraulic clay gun and breaking of the barrel body,the imported barrel was expensive and delivery time was long,the domestic barrel to a hydraulic clay gun was produced by the special Nd-bearing alloy steel together with application of the quenching and tempering heat treatment process,which could completely meet the working conditions and performance requirements asked by the imported hydraulic clay gun.So the domestic barrel could be a substitute for the imported one,which could meet the demand for production.In terms of cost,the domestic single barrel could reduce the cost of buying spare parts by 160,000 yuan.
