摘　　要：在《金匮要略·中风历节病脉证并治》篇中,对历节病进行了较全面的阐述,发现历节病与痛风存在一定的关联。文章就该病的病因病机、临床表现与治疗的关系进行了探讨,对痛风的防治具有一定的指导意义。In the article synopsis of golden chamber The treatment of the pulse and Symptoms of apoplexy synopsis disease,the synopsis disease and gout disease are found to be related to some extent.This paper discusses the relationship between the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment of gout,which has certain guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of gout.
