甘露饮临床运用探析

摘　　要：甘露饮出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,是治疗阴虚湿热证的经典方。其病因病机可由阴虚内生或外合湿热,也可由湿热内生或外感,久蕴伤阴而成,亦或失治误治而致,湿热互生,阴虚、湿热互为因果。临床上多用于五官科、消化系统、内分泌及代谢系统、泌尿生殖系统、风湿免疫、血液系统疾病。通过病因病机剖析,古今运用对比,全面探析甘露饮的临床运用,并附医案一则,希冀为临床运用甘露饮拓展思路。Gan-Lu-Yin(GLY)comes from Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang,it is the present of prescription for deficiency of yin with damp-heat syndrome.Its etiology and pathogenesis can be caused by Yin deficiency endogenesis or external damp heat,or by damp heat endogenesis or external sensation,which causes damage to Yin for a long time,or by loss of treatment and mistreatment.Damp and heat are alternation,and yin deficiency and damp heat are the cause and effect of each other.Clinically,GLY is mainly used for treating the diseases of five sense organs,digestive system,endocrine and metabolic system,urogenital system,rheumatoid immune system,and hematological system.Through the analysis of etiology and pathogenesis and the comparison of ancient and modern applications,this paper comprehensively analyzes the clinical application of GLY.Here is a medical case and I hope to provide some ideas for the clinical application of GLY through it.
