广藿香《中国药典》药材质量标准与国际市场等标准的对比分析

摘　　要：广藿香是“十大南药”之一,文章通过对《中华人民共和国药典》《日本药局方》《韩国药典》《广东中药材标准》《台湾中药典》,以及团体标准《道地药材——第105部分:广藿香》中广藿香药材质量标准进行比较,分析了各国家和地区广藿香药材标准的异同,发现各标准中广藿香药材质量标准指标基本一致,主要包括性状、鉴别、检查、重金属、农药残留、浸出物和精油含量、含量测定等,但各标准的检测方法和限度有所差别。建议《中国药典》增加广藿香分子鉴定方法,丰富质量控制成分指标,加强重金属及有害元素等安全指标的监测,以完善广藿香药材质量标准。Pogostemonis Herba is one of the top ten Southern Chinese medicines.Through the comparison and analysis of the quality standards of Pogostemonis Herbain in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,Japanese Pharmacopoeia,Korea Pharmacopoeia,Guangdong Provincial Standard of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Taiwan HerbalPharmacopoeia and the Group Standard,Daodi herbs-Part 105:Guanghuoxiang,to understand the similarities and differences of the standards of Pogostemonis Herba in differentcountries and regions.It is found that the quality standard items of Pogostemonis Herba in each standard are basically the same,mainly including morphological features,identification,inspection,heavy metals,pesticide residues,contents of extracts and essential oils,content determination,etc.,but the detection methods and limits of each standard are different.It is recommend that the molecular identification method be added to the authenticity test items of Pogostemonis Herba in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,while enriching the quality control component indicators,and strengthening the monitoring of safety indicators such as heavy metals and harmful elements,so as to improve the quality standard of patchouli and promote the internationalization of the material and quantity standard of Pogostemonis Herba.
