中药配合瘘管切除术治疗男性浆细胞性乳腺炎临证撷要

摘　　要：文章总结中药配合瘘管切除缝合术治疗男性浆细胞性乳腺炎的经验,为男性浆细胞性乳腺炎治疗提供新的思路。对于男性浆细胞性乳腺炎患者,急性期予中药辨证治疗将炎症局限,缩小肿块,待炎症局限,肿块红肿消退后予以瘘管切除术,术后配合中药疏通乳络、活血消脂治疗。运用中药配合瘘管切除术治疗男性浆细胞性乳腺炎能够明显缩短病程,疗效显著,临床值得推荐。This paper summarizes the experience of traditional Chinese medicine combined with fistula resection and suture in the treatment of male plasma cell mastitis,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of male plasma cell mastitis.For male patients with plasma cell mastitis,syndrome differentiation and traditional Chinese medicine treatment shall be given in the acute stage.The inflammation shall be limited and the mass shall be reduced.After the inflammation is limited and the mass redness and swelling subside,fistula resection shall be given.After operation,traditional Chinese medicine shall be used to dredge the milk collaterals,activate blood circulation and eliminate fat.We believe that traditional Chinese medicine combined with fistulectomy in the treatment of male plasma cell mastitis can significantly shorten the course of disease,with remarkable curative effect,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
