摘 要:非生物胁迫是导致作物减产甚至植株死亡的重要因素。在所有非生物胁迫因子中,温度是影响植物生长发育的重要因子之一。本研究从荒漠植物花花柴高温胁迫转录组数据中筛选出HTR基因家族,为深入探究该基因家族的结构和功能,克隆了花花柴KcHTRs基因家族的8个成员,重点分析了KcHTR3、KcHTR4基因在高温胁迫下的表达模式。结果发现KcHTR3全长780 bp,编码259个氨基酸,KcHTR4全长771 bp,编码256个氨基酸,KcHTR3、KcHTR4于45℃处理4 h时,在叶器官中表达量最高,两个基因的表达均呈高-低-高的趋势,表明植物在应对高温胁迫时表现出耐受-响应-适应的能力,这为荒漠植物抗逆基因资源的挖掘与利用提供了研究基础。Abiotic stress is an important factor in crop yield reduction and even plant death.Among all abiotic stress factors,temperature is one of the important factors affecting plant growth and development.In this study,the HTR gene family was screened from the transcriptome data of the high temperature stress of the desert plant Karelinia caspica.In order to explore the structure and function of the gene family,8 members of the KcHTRs gene family of Karelinia caspica were cloned,and the expression patterns of KcHTR3 and KcHTR4 genes under high temperature stress were analyzed.The results showed that KcHTR3 was 780 bp in length and encoded 259 amino acids.KcHTR4 has a total length of 771 bp,encoding 256 amino acids,KcHTR3 and KcHTR4 are the highest expression in leaf organs when treated at 45℃ for 4 h,and the expression of both genes showed a trend of high-low-high,indicating that plants exhibit tolerance-response-adaptation in response to high temperature stress,which provided a research basis for the mining and utilization of genetic resources for desert plants to resist stress.
