摘  要:针对重金属离子Pb^(2+)的环境污染问题,本实验探究氨基改性磁性生物质炭吸附剂对Pb^(2+)的吸附效果和机理。将棉花秸秆破碎过筛,于马弗炉中400℃热裂解得生物质炭并进行赋磁,再以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)作为改性试剂对磁性生物质炭进行改性修饰,制得氨基改性磁性生物质炭材料(NMBC)。采用SEM、XRD、FT-IR、VSM对其进行表征,研究NMBC的稳定性及对Pb^(2+)的吸附性能,实验表明溶液pH值、竞争性阳离子(Na^(+),K^(+),Ba^(2+))和温度均会对吸附Pb^(2+)造成一定影响。NMBC循环吸附4次后,仍具有一定吸附量。NMBC对Pb^(2+)的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,k_(2)=1.97×10^(-3) g·mg^(-1)·min-1,qe=70.29 mg·g^(-1);等温吸附数据符合Langmuir模型,NMBC对Pb^(2+)的吸附机理包括物理吸附和化学络合吸附。To explore the environmental pollution of heavy metal ion Pb^(2+),the adsorption effect and mechanism of amino-modified magnetic biochar adsorbent for Pb^(2+)were studied in this experiment.The cotton stalks were crushed and sieved,then pyrolyzed in muffle furnace at 400℃to obtain biochar.The biochar was magnetized firstly then modified with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)to prepare amino modified magnetic biochar material(NMBC).NMBC was characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and VSM,its stability and adsorption properties for Pb^(2+)were also investigated.The results showed that pH value of the solution,competitive cations(Na^(+),K^(+),and Ba^(2+))and temperature all had effects on the adsorption of Pb^(2+).After 4 cycles of adsorption,NMBC still had certain adsorption capacity.The adsorption behavior of NMBC on Pb^(2+)accorded with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation,k_(2)=1.97×10^(-3) g·mg^(-1)·min-1,qe=70.29 mg·g^(-1),and the isothermal adsorption data were consistent with the Langmuir model.It was inferred that the adsorption mechanism of NMBC towards Pb^(2+)included physical adsorption and chemical complex adsorption.
