摘 要:为探究农林剩余物被粉碎时,不同因素对其粉碎净功耗影响的规律,本研究以新疆南疆棉秆、梨树残枝和枣树残枝为原料,研究粉碎方式、主轴转速、筛网孔径及物料粒度分布对物料粉碎净功耗的影响,结果表明在相同的条件下,粉碎棉秆使用锤片式粉碎机所消耗的净功耗少,而粉碎枣树残枝与梨树残枝使用组合式粉碎机所消耗的净功耗少;基于锤片式粉碎机,三种物料粉碎净功耗随着主轴转速的增大而逐渐下降,棉秆和梨树残枝的粉碎净功耗下降幅度明显;粉碎三种物料所选用的筛网孔径与粉碎净功耗的关系用幂函数的形式拟合优度最高;三种物料的粒度分布模型拟合度表现为:R-R模型>Alfred模型>G-S模型。本研究可为粉碎生产工艺的评价、粉碎设备的研制与应用提供理论依据。In order to explore the influence of different factors on the net power consumption when agricultural and forestry residues are crushed,the present work aimed to explore the effect of crushing method,spindle speed,screen aperture and material parti-cle-size distribution on the net power consumption by using cotton stalks,fragrant pear residues and jujube residues as experimental materials.The results showed that under the same conditions,the net power consumption of hammer mill for crushing cotton stalk is lower,which is the same as the net power consumption of combined mill for crushing jujube and pear branches.The crushing power consumption of three kinds of materials decreased with the increasing of spindle speed by using the hammer mill,especial for the effect of cotton stalk and pear branches obviously.The relationship between the screen aperture and the crushing net power consumption is best fitted by the power function.In addition,the particle size distribution for three experimental materials were fitted by using R-R model,Alfred model and G-S model,respectively.The results of three models compared showed that R-R model>Alfred model>G-S model.This work can provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of crushing production process and the development and application of crushing equipment.
