加权评分模式在医院药品临时采购工作中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究临时采购药品加权评分模式用于医院药品临时采购的意义,规范医院临时采购药品的管理,为医院药事管理与药物治疗委员会遴选药品提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析本院2021年第4季度临时采购药品数据。依据国家相关政策及药品属性,拟定本院临时采购药品权重评分表,通过该表对临时采购药品进行加权评分,并将评价结果反馈给医院药事管理与药物治疗委员会。结果:本院2021年第4季度临时采购药品申请表共有36份,其中西药申请表28份,中成药申请表8份。经加权评分后,共有34份药品申请表得分>60分,其中5份药品申请表得分≥80分(13.9%),10份药品申请表得分在70~79分(27.8%),19份药品申请表得分在60~69分(52.8%)。结论:临时采购药品加权评分符合科学、公开、公平原则,且具有一定的合理性、客观性及可操作性。通过加权评分,有效评估了药品临时采购工作,减少了临床医生对于临时用药的随意性和盲目性,为本院药事管理及药品优化提供了有效依据.Objective:To explore the significance of implementing the weighted scoring model of temporarily purchased drugs in the process of temporary drug purchase in the hospital,standardize the management of temporarily purchased drugs in the hospital,and provide reference for the drug selection initiated by the Hospital Pharmaceutical Management and Drug Treatment Committee.Methods:Review the data of temporarily purchased drugs in the fourth quarter of 2021.According to the relevant national policies and drug attributes,the weighted scoring table of a temporarily purchased drugs was drawn up for our hospital.Through the table,the temporarily purchased drugs were weighted and scored,and the evaluation results were returned to Hospital Pharmaceutical Management and Drug Treatment Committee.Results:In the fourth quarter of 2021,our hospital has 36 clinical applications for temporarily purchased drugs,including 28 western medicine applications and 8 Chinese patent medicine applications.After score weighting,a total of 34 clinical applications have scored more than 60 points,of which 5 clinical applications with score ≥80(13.9%),10 clinical applications with 70~79 points(27.8%),19 clinical applications with 60~69 points(52.8%).Conclusion:The weighted score of temporarily purchased drugs conforms to the principles of science,openness and fairness,and has certain rationality,objectivity and operability.Through the weighted evaluation,the temporary drug purchase are effectively evaluated,which reduces the random and blindness for clinicians in the temporary drug utilization of medication,and provides an effective basis for pharmaceutical management and drug optimization in our hospital.
