摘  要:地方财经院校要避免同质化的成长模式,应基于发展优势,坚持人才培养的核心地位,着力发展财经特色鲜明的应用型一流本科院校。地方财经院校要通过三个方面的积极创新实现人才培养模式的创新:一是注重学生能力培养的创新,尤其是学习能力、创新能力和实践能力;二是人才培养方案的创新,重点在于突出人才培养的财经特色以及满足多样化需求;三是课程体系的创新,通过课程的创新和共享、思政课程与课程思政促进大学生的全面发展。高校要不断强化自身的组织能力,包括政治能力、教学能力、科研能力以及管理能力的提升,为实现人才培养模式的创新提供必要的制度保障。Local colleges of finance and economics should avoid a homogeneous growth model.Based on development advantages,local colleges of finance and economics should adhere to the core position of talent cultivation,and focus on developing first-class applied undergraduate colleges with distinctive financial and economic characteristics.Local colleges of finance and economics should realize the innovation of talent cultivation model through innovation in three aspects.The first is to focus on the innovation of student ability training,especially learning ability,innovation ability and practical ability.The second is the innovation of talent training programs,focusing on highlighting the financial characteristics of talent training and meeting diversified needs.The third is the innovation of the curriculum system,which promotes the all-round development of college students through the innovation and sharing of courses and ideological and political courses.Colleges should continuously strengthen their organizational ability,improve their political ability,teaching ability,scientific research ability and management ability,and provide the necessary institutional guarantee for realizing the innovation of talent cultivation model.
