摘 要:利用传统熔铸法制备了Cu-15Ni-8Sn和Cu-15Ni-8Sn-0.57Y合金,通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和直读光谱仪等研究了Y元素对铸态Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金的组织、力学性能和Sn元素分布的影响。结果表明:添加Y能细化铸态Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金的枝晶形貌,使合金中层片状过渡组织(α+γ相)减少,并且可以抑制Sn元素的宏观偏析,铸锭中部和下部Sn元素宏观偏析程度分别改善了28%和9%;此外添加Y元素后,Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金硬度由108 HB增加到116.3 HB,导电率由9.834%IACS下降到6.634%IACS。Cu-15Ni-8Sn and Cu-15Ni-8Sn-0.57Y alloys were prepared by conventional melting casting method.The effect of Y element on microstructure,mechanical properties and Sn element distribution of the as-cast Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy was studied by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and direct-reading spectrometer.The results show that the addition of Y can refine the dendrite morphology of the as-cast Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy,reduce the lamellar transition structure(α+γphase)in the alloy,and inhibit the macro segregation of Sn element.The macro segregation degree of Sn element in the middle and lower parts of the ingot is improved by 28%and 9%,respectively.In addition,the hardness of the Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy increases from 108 HB to 116.3 HB,and the conductivity decreases from 9.834%IACS to 6.634%IACS after adding Y element.
