摘  要:借助Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机研究了Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金在变形温度为933~1083 K,应变速率为0.001~10 s^(-1)条件下的热压缩变形行为,通过Arrhenius模型建立了合金的热压缩变形本构方程并对其准确性进行了验证,基于动态材料模型得到了合金的3D热加工图。结果表明:合金适宜的热加工区间为变形温度993~1083 K,应变速率0.01~0.1 s^(-1);在应变速率为0.01 s^(-1)时,随着变形温度的升高,合金的位错密度逐渐降低,动态再结晶体积分数逐渐增加,小角度晶界逐渐转化为大角度晶界,动态再结晶产生的软化效果使得合金的变形抗力逐渐降低。The thermal compression deformation behavior of Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy under the conditions of deformation temperature of 933-1083 K and strain rate of 0.001-10 s^(-1)was studied with Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation testing machine.The thermal compression deformation constitutive equation of the alloy was established by Arrhenius model and its accuracy was verified.The 3D thermal processing map of the alloy was obtained based on the dynamic material model(DMM).The results show that the suitable thermal processing range of the alloy is as follows:the deformation temperature of 993-1083 K,and the strain rate of 0.01-0.1 s^(-1).When the strain rate is 0.01 s^(-1),with the increase of deformation temperature,the dislocation density of the alloy gradually decreases,the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization gradually increases,the small angle grain boundary gradually transforms into the large angle grain boundary,and the softening effect caused by dynamic recrystallization gradually reduces the deformation resistance of the alloy.
