摘 要:新孟河工程引水后,现状工况下平水年(p=50%)时滆湖年内水位变化不能满足适宜水生植物生长的湖泊水位要求。为此研究在新孟河工程即将启动引水的新时期背景下,采用太湖流域一维河网水动力模型,以湖泊水生态修复中水生植物生长对滆湖水位的要求为目标,根据现行水资源调度下的目标实现情况,提出有利于滆湖水生植物生长的水资源调控优化措施。结果表明,在新孟河工程启动引水后,平水年(p=50%)时通过增加新孟河工程(界牌水利枢纽)在年内1月~3月与6月~7月的排江机会,同时减少区域其他沿江口门的引江机会,可以在满足平水年新增湖西区入湖水量25.2亿m^(3)的前提下,达到适宜水生植物生长的调度目标水位要求。After the implementation of Xinmenghe River Diversion Project,the water level of Gehu Lake in a normal year(p=50%)under current water resource scheduling cannot meet the requirement of suitable water level for the growth of aquatic plants for water ecological restoration.To this end,in the context of the new era when the Xinmenghe River Diversion Project is about to operate,a one-dimensional river network hydrodynamic model of the Taihu Lake Basin is applied to propose measures for the optimization of water resources regulation that contribute to the growth of aquatic plants in Gehu Lake,which aims at the hydrologic requirements of the growth of aquatic plants in Gehu Lake on water level together with the objective situation under current water resources scheduling.The results show that after the start of water diversion of Xinmenghe River Diversion Project from Yangtze River,the targeted water level for the growth of aquatic plants in Gehu Lake can be meet under the premise of increasing the inflow water volume of 2.52 billion m^(3)from Gehu Lake basin to Taihu Lake through increasing the drainage opportunity of the Jiepai Hydro-junction during January to March and June to July in a normal year(p=50%)and decreasing the diversion opportunity of others hydro-junctions along Yangtze River simultaneously.
