摘  要:通风排烟作为水电站钻爆施工的关键环节,关乎着施工人员的生命健康与安全。为此,以河北某抽水蓄能电站施工初期为原型,基于组分传输模型,结合理论推导、流体力学有限元法数值模拟、数理分析等方法,通过改变洞室的风量配值,分析洞室内风流流场、炮烟浓度时空分布特征、CO通量与风流路径。得到如下结论:单爆破厂房、单爆破主变室、同时爆破厂房与主变室的最佳风量配值分别为1.6∶0.4、0.6∶1.4、1.2∶0.8,对应的炮烟达标时间为31.5、28.5、48.4 min;在最佳风量配值下,同时爆破与分开爆破通风兼安全洞排烟效率分别为63.5%、75%,施工人员可进入时间分别为爆破后60 min与48.4 min,故同时爆破通风效率优于分开爆破。As the key link of drilling and blasting construction of hydropower station,the ventilation and smoke extraction is related to the health and safety of construction personnel.Taking a pumped-storage power station in Hebei Province at the early stage of construction as a prototype,the air flow field,the spatial and temporal distribution of smoke concentration,the CO flux and the air flow path in the underground chambers are analyzed by changing the air volume distribution value in the chambers based on the transmission model of composition and combined with the theoretical derivation,fluid mechanics finite element numerical simulation and mathematical analysis.The conclusions are as follows:the optimal air volume distribution values in the construction modes of separate powerhouse blasting,separate main transformer chamber blasting,and simultaneous powerhouse and main transformer chamber blasting are 1.6∶0.4,0.6∶1.4,1.2∶0.8,respectively,and the corresponding times to reach the standard of blast smoke are 31.5 min,28.5 min and 48.4 min respectively;under the optimal air volume distribution value,the exhaust efficiencies of ventilation and safety tunnel in simultaneous blasting and separate blasting are 63.5%and 75%,respectively,and the accessible times of construction personnel are 60 min and 48.4 min after blasting,respectively.Therefore,the ventilation efficiency of simultaneous blasting is better than that of separate blasting.
