摘  要:随着教育信息化2.0行动计划的实施,高校智能学习体系建设加快发展,顺应了社会对大学生创新素质和实践能力的要求。社会工作专业是一个实践实务导向的专业,其学生须具备较强的实务能力,能够运用所学知识和技巧服务个人和社会。实务课程教学是培养学生实务能力的重要途径。“翻转课堂”借助现代信息技术改革传统的“以教师讲授为中心”的“灌输式”教学方式,转向“以师生合作探究学习为中心”的“互动式”教学方式,这在一定程度上弥补了传统社会工作实务课程教学在培养学生实务能力方面存在的不足。基于“翻转课堂”的社会工作实务课程教学的实施策略包括:设计、建设、运用资源库和支持平台,组织高素质教师教学团队开展教学,构建合理的教学效果评价模型并实施教学评价。With the promotion of the informatization of education,the construction of intelligent learning system in colleges and universities is developing rapidly.It conforms to the requirements of the society for the innovation quality and practical ability of college students.“Social work”is a major of strong practical inclination.The students majoring in social work must have the practical ability to apply theory to practice and be able to use the knowledge and skills to serve individuals and society.The practice course teaching is an important way to cultivate the students’practical ability.The flipped classroom makes up for the shortcomings of traditional social work practice teaching in cultivating the practical ability,to a certain extent.There are three implementation strategies of the practice course teaching based on the flipped classroom.First,it is to design and implement database and support platform.Second,it is to organize high-quality teaching teams.Third,it is to build a reasonable evaluation model on teaching effect and implement the teaching evaluation.
