摘 要:为科学评价高师院校小学数学教育专业毕业生工作适应能力,本文对影响毕业生工作适应能力的若干因素进行分析。依据相关文献和文件,确定影响毕业生工作适应能力的四个方面分别为学科素养、教学能力、育人能力和自我发展能力。在此基础上,选取影响毕业生工作适应能力的24个指标,利用24个指标构建评价指标体系。基于数学视角,运用模糊数学理论构建毕业生工作适应能力模糊综合评价模型。模糊综合评价模型实现了对毕业生工作适应能力的评价从模糊到定量数值化,得出高师院校小学数学教育专业毕业生工作适应能力综合评价结果为86.94分,属于“良好”等次。在数学建模过程中得出各层次分析结果以及影响毕业生工作适应能力的8个关键指标。通过综合分析模糊评价模型的各项结果,给出提高毕业生工作适应能力的建议,体现建立模糊综合评价模型的意义。In order to scientifically evaluate the work adaptability of the graduates of primary school mathematics education in teacher’s colleges,this paper analyzes several factors that affect the work adaptability of the graduates.According to the relevant literature and documents,the four aspects that affect the graduates’work adaptability are identified as discipline literacy,teaching ability,education ability and self-development ability.On this basis,we select 24 indicators that affect graduates’work adaptability,and use them to build an evaluation index system.Based on the mathematical perspective,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of graduates’work adaptability is constructed by using fuzzy mathematics theory.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model realizes the evaluation of graduates’work adaptability from fuzzy to quantitative numerical value,and the result is 86.94 points,at“good”grade.In the process of mathematical modeling,the results of analysis at all levels and eight key indicators that affect graduates’work adaptability are obtained.Through the comprehensive analysis of the results of the fuzzy evaluation model,the paper gives suggestions to improve the work adaptability of graduates,reflecting the significance of establishing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
