国内体验设计研究的进展与趋势

摘　　要：体验设计是体验经济时代提升产品竞争力的重要手段。运用CiteSpace通过对中国知网2001—2021年体验设计相关文献进行分析。研究发现,从时间上来看,体验设计研究发文数量和关键词贡献图呈现出明显的波动上升趋势;从空间上来看,体验设计研究的发文作者、研究机构彼此间合作相对较少,江南大学、湖南大学等是体验设计研究的重要机构;根据关键词共现分析,当前体验设计的研究热点集中在用户体验、交互设计、设计策略、情感体验、产品设计等方面,聚类的研究主题集中在体验设计的要素研究、方法研究和应用研究,而研究前沿主要是服务设计、人工智能。未来研究中应该在理论内涵研究和扩展应用范围方面加以深化。Experience design is an important means to improve product competitiveness in the era of experience economy.Citespace is used to analyze the relevant literatures of experience design from 2001 to 2021 on CNKI.It can be found that from the perspective of time,the number of contribution in published papers and keywords on experience design research shows an obvious fluctuating trend.From the perspective of space,there is relatively fewer cooperations between authors and research institutions of experience design research.Jiangnan University and Hunan University are important institutions of experience design research.According to keyword co-occurrence analysis,current research hotspots of experience design focus on user experience,interaction design,design strategy,emotional experience,product design and other aspects.The research topic of clustering focuses on the research elements,methods and applications of experience design,while the research frontiers are mainly service design and artificial intelligence.Future research should be deepened in the theoretical connotation research and the extended scope of application.
