摘 要:今年全球产业链、价值链的调整和重塑会继续,全球性需求萎缩,订单量减少,我国出口压力增大。产业链、贸易链、供应链的不畅或断裂还会导致我国进口受阻,从而影响出口产品的来料加工、零部件组装等环节,进而将这种负面影响投射到出口领域。去年在异常艰难的外贸环境下,中国出口依然表现亮丽。其中,电动汽车、光伏产品、锂电池这“新三样”产品平均出口增幅超95%,成为出口市场的新热点和外贸出口的“新宠”,引领了新的出口增长点。出口企业应与物流等相关产业深度融合,开展产品生产商和运输企业、货主与航企通过共同出资或长期合作等多种方式的产业链合作,在生产、装配、运输等价值链、供应链各环节提升实力。This year,the adjustment and reshaping of the global industrial chain and value chain will continue,with shrinking global demand,decreasing order volume and increasing pressure on China's export.The smooth or fracture of industrial chain,trade chain and supply chain will affect Chinese imports,which will affect the processing of incoming materials and parts assembly of export products,and project this negative impact on the export field.China needs to further deepen reform and opening-up,promote high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative,make efficient use of the RCEP platform,actively participate in negotiations on international economic and trade rules,and continue to promote high-level opening-up policies.Last year,despite the extremely difficult foreign trade environment,China's exports still performed well.Among them,the export of electric vehicles,photovoltaic products and lithium batteries increased by over 95%on average,becoming a new hotspot in the export.
