摘　　要：碳酰氟的制备原料主要有一氧化碳、二氟一氯甲烷、三氟甲烷、四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、六氟环氧丙烷等,根据原料的不同对碳酰氟制备工艺进行介绍,并展望碳酰氟的应用前景。The raw materials for the preparation of carbonyl fluoride mainly include carbon monoxide,difluorochloromethane,trifluoromethane,tetrafluoroethylene,hexafluoropropylene,hexafluoroepoxypropane,etc.The preparation process of carbonyl fluoride is introduced according to the different raw materials,and the application prospect of carbonyl fluoride is prospected.
