摘  要:在两化融合的大趋势下,全面信息化特别是安全领域的信息化提升改造迫在眉睫。我国是氟化氢产消大国,目前在无水氟化氢下游应用中,部分企业仍采用传统的人工采样方法分析无水氟化氢中的微量水分,不能适时监测数据高效助力企业生产,且氟化氢的剧毒性存在重大安全隐患及职业危害,因此融合信息化全面提升氟化氢下游企业在线水分分析技术,对防范化解产业安全风险,保障职业健康,推进我国氟化工产业做强做优尤为重要。Under the general trend of integration of informatization and industrialization,it is extremely urgent to comprehensively improve informatization,especially in the security field.China is a large country in the production and consumption of hydrogen fluoride.At present,some enterprises in the downstream application of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride still use traditional manual sampling to analyze trace moisture,which can not timely monitor data to effectively assist enterprise production,and the acute toxicity of hydrogen fluoride has significant potential safety hazards and occupational hazards.Therefore,it is particularly important to integrate informatization and comprehensively improve online moisture analysis of hydrogen fluoride downstream enterprises to prevent and resolve industrial safety risks,ensure occupational health,and promote China's fluorine chemical industry to become stronger and better.
