摘  要:混凝土沉管包括整体式和节段式2种类型,一般采用分次后浇带法或跳仓法进行预制,该2种方法预制工期较长、施工缝较多、渗水风险较大。近年来工厂化全断面节段预制法开始得到应用,但该方法仅适用于节段式管节。为了解决上述问题,提出了干坞移动工厂法整体式沉管全断面预制工艺。通过数值仿真分析和模型试验,相邻节段浇筑时间间隔控制在14 d以内,可有效控制裂缝的产生、降低结构渗水风险,保证沉管预制质量和使用安全;研发了步履支撑自行走全断面液压模板台车和装配式钢筋台车,实现了相邻节段分工序分仓顺序流水浇筑施工,并将顶板钢筋绑扎优化为非关键线路,大幅缩短了沉管预制工期。文章从数值仿真和模型试验研究、台车设计与应用、大体积混凝土浇筑和控裂等方面,详细介绍了该工艺的关键施工技术,以期为同类型沉管预制施工提供借鉴。There are two types of concrete immersed tubes,namely,integral type and segment type,which are generally prefabricated by either post-pouring of stripes in successive sequence or alternative checkered pouring.But both methods have a long prefabrication period,more construction joints,and a greater risk of water seepage.In recent years,the factory-like fullsection segmental prefabrication method has begun to be used,but only applicable to the production of segmented immersed tubes.A dry-dock mobile factory method to prefabricate monolithic full-section immersed tubes is proposed to solve the above problem.Through numerical simulation analysis and model tests,the development of cracking in concrete can be effectively controlled and the risk of structural water seepage can be effectively reduced when the interval of pouring of concrete in adjacent segments is controlled within 14 days,and the quality and safety of prefabrication and installation of immersed concrete tube segments.A self-walking full-section hydraulic formwork trolley with a walking support and a fabricated steel fixing trolley were developed,thus realizing the flow pouring of concrete in sequence and checkered manner in adjacent sections,and steel fixing in the roof slab was optimized as the non-critical path,which greatly shortened the construction period of immersed tube prefabrication.The key technologies for this construction process are presented in detail from the aspects of numerical simulation and model testing,design and application of the trolley,mass concrete placement and crack control,hoping to provide reference for prefabrication of immersed tubes.
