摘  要:缅甸作为东南亚最不发达的地区之一,社会资源匮乏,施工依托条件差,建筑市场不完善。仰光外海引航站项目位于印度洋的安达曼海地区,常年受季风影响较大。引航站为仰光港进口船舶入港提供引航服务,地处仰光河外20 n mile处,周边无掩护,施工区域受风浪和周边通航船舶影响较大。为解决境外项目外海施工难题,需对施工现场自然条件进行分析,选择合适的施工窗口期,通过试验和检测数据对设计进行合理优化,结合现有施工条件对传统施工工艺进行优化,满足外海施工要求,同时人员、船舶设备、材料等施工组织是项目成功的关键,为其它类似项目施工积累宝贵经验。As one of the least developed regions in Southeast Asia,Myanmar suffers from lack of social resources,poor construction conditions and imperfect construction market.Yangon Offshore Pilot Station is located in the Andaman Sea region of the Indian Ocean,which is affected by the monsoon all year round.The pilot station provides pilotage services for ships entering the Port of Yangon,which is located 20 nautical miles off the estuary of the Yangon River with no shelter around,and the construction area is greatly affected by winds,waves and navigating vessels in the area.To solve problems in construction of the overseas project off the coast,it is necessary to analyze the natural conditions of the construction site,select appropriate construction window peroid,rationally optimize the design by test and inspection data,and optimize the traditional construction technology according to the existing construction conditions to meet the requirements of offshore construction.At the same time,staff and personnel,marine equipment,materials and other construction organizations are the key to the success of the project.Valuable experience is accumulated for construction of other similar projects.
