摘　　要：以医院高压开关柜微机继电保护改造项目为研究对象,阐述技术改造项目实施背景、使用需求、问题分析、具体方案、实施与评价,同时在方案设计中运用了业务流程重构理论,最终顺利完成了高压开关柜继电保护技术改造项目。Taking the hospital high-voltage switchgear microcomputer relay protection transformation project as the research object,it expounds the implementation background,use requirements,problem analysis,specific scheme,implementation and evaluation of the technical transformation project,and uses the business process reconfiguration theory in the scheme design to successfully accomplish the high-voltage switchgear relay protection technical transformation project.
