摘　　要：以某县域妇幼保健院为例,介绍了招标采购的重要性,分析了招标采购过程中存在的问题,梳理了招标采购流程,加强了重点工作的落实,并结合医疗耗材招标采购实例介绍了相关成效。Taking a county maternal and child health hospital as an example,it introduces the importance of bidding and purchasing,analyzes the problems in the bidding and purchasing process,sorts out the bidding and purchasing process and strengthens the implementation of key tasks,and introduces the case of medical consumables bidding and purchasing related results.
