Demand-oriented Survey on the Status Quo of Commercial Space in Hospital Street and Improvement Suggestions——Taking Two Tertiary General Hospitals in Zhengzhou as Examples

摘　　要：以郑州市两所三级综合医院为例,采用现场观察和问卷调查的方法收集数据,使用统计学方法分析两所医院中商业空间的使用现状和需求。研究发现:医院街中的营养餐厅和餐馆的顾客最多,超市次之,人们对按摩椅、书吧、月子餐、母婴用品店以及礼品店也有需求;人们在医院街消费时考虑的首要因素是方便快捷。基于实证分析,建议医院街在商业空间设计方面对妇、幼、老等特殊群体予以照顾并关注就医人群的精神需求。Taking two tertiary general hospitals in Zhengzhou as an example,the data were collected by on-site observation and questionnaire survey,and the status quo and demand of commercial space in the two hospitals were analyzed by statistical methods.The research found that:Nutritious restaurants in Hospital Street have the most customers,followed by supermarkets.People also have demand for massage chairs,book bars,confinement meals,maternity and baby product stores,and gift shops;the primary factor people considered when shopping on Hospital Street is convenient and fast.Based on the empirical analysis,it is suggested that the hospital street should take care of special groups such as women,children,and the elderly in the design of commercial space,and pay attention to the spiritual needs of patients.
