摘　　要：2020年习近平总书记考察吉林省,为深入推进东北振兴提出建议,2022年北京成功举办冬季奥运会,为冰雪经济发展带来活力。冰雪旅游产业是冰雪经济发展的重点,也是普及冰雪运动的关键。以吉林市2018—2021年雪季冰雪旅游产业各项指标数据为依据,构建评价指标体系,综合评价吉林市冰雪旅游产业,发现吉林市冰雪旅游产业存在的问题,提出完善服务设施设备,提高冰雪旅游服务水平;提升冰雪文化内涵,提高冰雪旅游产品吸引力;丰富冰雪旅游产品种类,完善青少年冰雪研学产品;找准市场定位,推动全产业链建设;加强冰雪人才培养,建立教育机构合作体对策。Based on the index data of the ice and snow tourism industry in 2018—2021 snow season in Jilin City,an evaluation index system was established to comprehensively evaluate the ice and snow tourism industry,and problems existing in the ice and snow tourism industry in Jilin City were found.The service facilities and equipment were proposed to improve the service level of ice and snow tourism;Enhance the cultural connotation of ice and snow,improve the attractiveness of ice and snow tourism products;Enrich the variety of ice and snow sports products,improve the youth ice and snow tour products;Find the correct market positioning,promote the construction of the whole industry chain;Strengthen personnel training through ice and snow,and establish cooperative bodies of educational institutions.
