太原市大中型水库移民后期扶持政策阶段性实施效果分析

摘　　要：本文基于太原市大中型水库和移民现状抽样调查,分析了2006-2021年太原市大中型水库移民后期扶持政策落实情况和后期扶持目标完成情况。结果表明:从2006年大中型水库移民后期扶持政策执行至今,太原市水库移民温饱问题全面解决,库区和移民安置区基础设施薄弱问题基本解决,移民生产生活条件进一步改善,全市移民与农村居民的收入差距进一步缩小,后期扶持工作近期目标较好完成。Through comprehensive data collection and sampling survey of resettlement status,this paper focuses on the implementation of late support policies and the completion of late support goals for large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement in Taiyuan from 2006 to 2021.The results show that since the implementation of the late support policy for large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement in 2006,the short-term goal of the late support work has been well completed.The problem of food and clothing for the reservoir immigrants was solved comprehensively,the problem of weak infrastructure in the reservoir area and resettlement area was basically solved,the production and living condition of the immigrants were further improved,and the income gap between reservoir immigrants and rural residents was further narrowed.
