摘　　要：风峪河上游生态治理工程的治理范围为风峪河上游山区,主要作用为缓洪拦沙,减少流入汾河的泥沙和下游洪水总量;主河道利用河岸滩地滞洪和涵蓄水源,增加地下水补给量,促进地下水位快速回升。文章在分析滚水坝工程总体功能基础上,考察了工程的地质情况,剖析了坝体设计思路,进一步确定了滚水坝的特征水位,通过计算推导出滚水坝的坝顶高程。Ecological treatment project in the upper reaches of Fengyu River,The scope of governance is the mountainous area in the upper reaches of Fengyu River.The main function is to slow flood and stop sediment,Reduce the sediment flowing into Fen River,Reduce the total amount of downstream flood.The main river channel uses the riverbank beach for flood detention and water storage,Increase groundwater recharge,Promote the rapid recovery of groundwater level.On that basi of analyzing the overall function of the roll dam project,The geological conditions of the project were investigated,The design idea of dam body is analyzed,The characteristic water level of the rolling dam is further determined,The crest elevation of rolling dam is deduced by calculation.
