摘 要:目的探讨CT引导下肾交感神经化学消融治疗高血压的可行性和有效性。方法选取3只比格犬,利用颈动脉规律性压迫迷走神经的方法制备高血压犬模型;建模4周后行CT引导下肾交感神经化学消融。比较建模前后及消融前后的血压及去甲肾上腺素水平变化。结果建模4周后,高血压犬的收缩压、舒张压及去甲肾上腺素水平均较基线时明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);消融1、2、4周后,高血压犬的收缩压、舒张压及去甲肾上腺素水平均较消融前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论CT引导下肾交感神经化学消融可明显降低血压,抑制交感神经活动。Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of computed tomography(CT)-guided renal sympathetic nerve chemical ablation in treating hypertension.Methods Three Beagle dogs were selected to prepare a hypertensive canine model using the method of regular compression of the vagus nerve in the carotid artery.CT-guided renal artery sympathetic nerve chemical ablation was performed for all dogs after 4 weeks of modeling.Both systolic and diastolic BP and the levels of norepinephrine(NE)were compared before and after modeling,as well as ablation.Results After 4 weeks of modeling,the systolic and diastolic BP and the concentration of NE in hypertensive dogs were significantly increased compared to baseline,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 1,2,and 4 weeks of ablation,the systolic and diastolic BP and the level of NE in hypertensive dogs were significantly decreased compared to pre-ablation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CT-guided renal sympathetic nerve chemical ablation significantly reduced BP and inhibited sympathetic nerve activity.
