摘　　要：目的分析ADRB_(1)基因多态性对高血压患者美托洛尔缓释片疗效的影响。方法选择2021年4月至2022年3月在浙江省人民医院高血压门诊就诊的原发性高血压患者41例,予每日清晨空腹口服美托洛尔缓释片治疗28 d后,检测分析患者ADRB_(1)的基因多态性类型,比较不同基因型患者治疗前后收缩压、舒张压及心率差异。结果治疗完成患者31例(75.6%)。ADRB_(1)的基因多态性包括GG、CC和GC型。其中GG型2例,CC型14例,GC型15例。GC型、CC型患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压和心率均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。GG、GC、CC型治疗有效率分别为0、26.7%、35.7%。结论ADRB_(1)基因多态性可能影响美托洛尔缓释片的降血压作用,有待大样本进一步观察。Objective To analyze the influence of ADRB_(1) gene polymorphism on the efficacy of metoprolol sustained-release tablet in hypertension patients.Methods A total of 41 outpatients with hypertension were enrolled from April 2021 to March 2022 and treated with metoprolol sustained-release tablets 47.5 mg per day for 28 days.ADRB_(1) gene polymorphism was detected and analyzed.Systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were compared between patients with different ADRB_(1) gene polymorphism before and after treatment.Results 31(75.6%)patients finished the treatment course.The polymorphism of ADRB_(1) gene included GG,CC and GC.GG,CC and GC were detected in 2 case,14 cases and 15 cases,respectively.After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,the diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of patients with GC and CC types are lower than before treatment,which reached statistical significance in patients with GC and CC genes(P<0.01).The effective rates in patients with GG,GC and CC genes are 0,26.7%and 35.7%respectively.Conclusion ADRB_(1) gene polymorphism may influence antihypertensive effect of metoprolol sustained-release tablets.A large sample size is needed for further observation.
