摘　　要：目的比较心房颤动(下称房颤)射频导管消融术(RFCA)后窦性停搏与病态窦房结综合征(SSS)患者起搏器植入术后的电极参数。方法选择2012年3月至2021年7月在宁波市第一医院心律失常诊疗中心因房颤RFCA术后窦性停搏植入起搏器者(RFCA-SA组)32例和SSS行起搏器植入术的患者(SSS组)124例。比较两组患者术中、术后3个月和术后1年的心房和心室电极的感知和起搏阈值。结果术中、术后3个月和1年,RFCA-SA组患者心房感知低于SSS组,心房起搏阈值高于SSS组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),而两组患者心室感知和心室起搏阈值比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论房颤RFCA术后窦性停搏患者起搏器植入术后心房感知和起搏参数劣于单纯SSS患者。Objective To compare the pacemaker parameters after implantation of cardiac pacemaker between patients with sinus arrest(SA)after radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)of atrial fibrillation(AF)and those with sick sinus syndrome(SSS).Methods Patients underwent double-chamber pacemaker implantation due to SA after AF RFCA(RFCA-SA group,n=32)and SSS(SSS group,n=124)in Arrhythmia Center of Ningbo First Hospital from March 2012 to July 2021 were retrospectively included.The sensitivity and pacing threshold of atrial and ventricular pacing leads were compared during surgery,three months and one year after surgery between the two groups.Results The sensitivity of atrial lead was significantly lower and pacing threshold was significantly higher in RFCA-SA group than in SSS group during the procedure,at three months and one year later after implantation(all P<0.01),while there were no significant differences in ventricular perception and ventricular pacing threshold between two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion The parameters of atrial sensing and pacing in patients with SA after RFCA of AF is inferior to those in patients with SSS.
