摘　　要：针对老年医学专科医师规范化培训中临床科研能力培养的重要性及必要性进行探讨,论述临床科研能力培养在老年医学专科医师规范化培训中的作用和意义,总结进一步加强老年专培医师临床科研能力培养的具体方法和途径,以期对老年专培医师总体能力的提升起到促进作用。This paper discusses the importance and necessity of the training of clinical scientific research ability in the standardized training of geriatric medical specialists,discusses the role and significance of the training of clinical scientific research ability in the standardized training of geriatric medical specialists,and summarizes the specific methods and approaches to further strengthen the training of clinical scientific research ability of geriatric specialists,with a view to promoting the improvement of the overall ability of geriatric specialists.
