摘　　要：对神经内科医学专业术语不规范使用情况进行剖析,包括因神经病学概念不清、未准确把握神经病学专业术语内涵、混淆症状和体征导致的神经病学专业术语不规范使用情况等。旨在提倡神经内科医师规范化用语,避免概念混淆不清及同行间交流障碍,以增强医学的严谨性,更好地培养神经内科医师的临床思维。Analyze the nonstandard use of neurology medical terms,including the nonstandard use of neurology terms caused by unclear neurology concepts,inaccurate understanding of the connotation of neurology terms,confusion of symptoms and signs,etc.It aims to promote the standardized language of neurologists,avoid confusion of concepts and communication barriers between peers,so as to enhance the rigor of medicine and better cultivate the clinical thinking of neurologists.
