摘　　要：近年来我国残疾人就业工作取得了一定的成绩,但是高质量就业发展并不充分。残疾人职业能力评估对于促进残疾人就业有重要的指导作用。在评估实践中,评估人员需要依据《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》理论,遵循系统性、科学性和实用性的工作原则,设计全面的残疾人职业能力评估内容,对残疾人实施一般能力、工作能力、工作技能、工作态度、支持服务等五个方面的评估,进而实现残疾人就业质量的提升。In recent years,employment for the disabled in China obtains certain success.But the development of high-quality employment is not sufficient.The vocational ability assessment of the disabled plays an important guiding role in promoting the employment of the disabled.In the practice of evaluation,evaluators need to work according to ICF theory,follow the principle of being systematic,scientific and practical,and design comprehensive vocational ability assessment content for the disabled.The assessors should carry out assessments of general abilities,working abilities,working skills,working attitudes and support services for the disabled.Thus,the quality of employment of the disabled can be improved.
